What is a bonbon?
Bonbons (or as I call them Macajohnbons) are basically a sweet composed of a chocolate shell filled with a variety of things like caramels, ganaches, nuts, or fruit jellies. They're also particularly known for having a super shiny decorative exterior due to the tempering of chocolate used in their creation process.
