At the end of the day I'm still a grad student doing this for fun, and I do all my baking on the weekend (Friday-Sunday), so I would prefer Macajohnbon andsmaller macaron orders (Up to 24 macarons) to be placed at least one day in advance so that I can make sure I have all the ingredients and specifications required, and that larger macaron orders (25+ macarons) be placed at least 3 days in advance.

As I spend most of my time working on Notre Dame's campus, in general I'd prefer to be able to schedule individually via email with customers a time to meet up at a convenient location on campus for them to pick up their orders. I am also willing to do deliveries, but those need to also be scheduled with me and off-campus deliveries will also have a cost associated with the distance I have to drive to deliver them. As of right now my order radius is limited to the South Bend-Mishawaka area, but if you email me and ask I might be able to figure out being able to ship elsewhere depending on the order!

For standard orders, your flavor selection is from any flavors I've done before (check out the Macarons page). As I'm doing all of this out of my house, I don't really have the room to keep things on hand for easily fulfilling small orders of every flavor I've made before, and as a result I request that orders be 10 or more macarons per order, and a limit of 1 flavors per 10 macarons (send me an email for a custom order if there's an occasion that you require more flavors for). For bonbons, I make and sell them in batches of 20. The flavor selection is from any flavors I've done before (check out the Macajohnbons page). Fill out the form on the Standard Order page and I'll get back to you via email to confirm your order and the date/time for pickup/delivery.

The Gallery is a place for me to put some of the flavors I've done that I'm proud and excited to show off, but are a bit difficult for me to have as a standard order flavor due to either price of ingredients or the extra work that goes into crafting them. However, if there's a flavor that you really want to try from there, they can be ordered via a Custom Order request by emailing me at macajohnsofficial@gmail.com!
